Julia is a graduate of Fairfield University, where she played D1 volleyball for four years and was a two time conference champion, leading to two appearances in the NCAA tournament. She has extensive experience of diligent sports performance training due to her commitment to volleyball.
Growing up in San Diego, Julia began playing volleyball when she was 11 years old. She was then a four year varsity high school athlete at Rancho Bernardo, where she was an All-State and First Team All-Palomar League honoree after setting a school record with 585 kills in a single season.
Through her collegiate experience, Julia found a love for fitness and training. She is currently completing her ACE certification and has built a foundation for working with people of all ages and levels including youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. Julia also has experience coaching youth and high school age club volleyball.
Julia seeks to use her athletic experience to make a positive impact on people of all ages and backgrounds. In her free time, Julia loves to play beach volleyball, hike, do yoga, play the piano, and listen to music.
