Jaime Cymbaluk
Jaime was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, where in high school she played volleyball, basketball and track. She gained a love for olympic weight lifting as a freshman in high school and went on to play NCAA volleyball for Point Loma Nazarene University in Point Loma. Her training emphasis is on mind and body wellness, corrective exercise, and overall personal growth. She believes goals are achieved through a collaborative effort between herself and her clients.

-Graduated from PLNU w/ bachelor’s in Kinesiology (2021)
-Physical Therapy Aid (2018)
-Strength internship at EXOS sports performance (2019)
-Experience working with all ages as well as all types of sports
-NSCA Strength and Conditioning Athlete of the Year (2020)
