Jacob Hammett is a 25 year old ACE certified personal trainer born and raised in San Diego. Jacob was involved in team sports from an early age, and particularly excelled in basketball as a multi-year varsity captain and San Diego County All-Star. His natural desire to seek sports excellence has grown into a passion for training, fitness, nutrition, and overall health and wellness. He has an EMT background and enjoys hiking, going on roadtrips, travel, playing basketball, working out, and running his dog Milo. Jacob has experience training and coaching youth basketball. Whether you have specific sports performance goals centered around boosting your agility, strength, endurance, and power or just want to work toward improving your overall fitness and health he would love to help you achieve your goals.
