Alyse has trained clients ages 10 to 90 years old. She loves working with all levels from beginner to professional athletes. She loves sharing the gift of movement with people and helping them move better so that they can do the things they love in life pain free and for athletes to be at the top of their game in whatever sport they are a part of.

Her career started out with coaching Crossfit and personal training back in 2014 while getting a bachelors in Kinesiology at Azusa Pacific University.  

Following undergrad, she moved to Santa Barbara where she studied Myofascial Release Therapy techniques at Goodland Chiropractic. Created a Functional Movement training business that combined Chiropractic work, Myofascial release, and corrective exercises to fix movement patterns and improve overall strength in patients. 

Alyse then transitioned into coaching Crossfit again and personal training at Innate Fitness in Santa Barbara until August 2021. 

She attended Point Loma Nazarene University to pursue a masters degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Performance. While attending school, she served as the head Performance coach for San Diego Loyal Men’s professional soccer team. 

Currently she is fulfilling the role of Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach at Point Loma Nazarene University.
